1. Refund Conditions
Before requesting a refund, please ensure you have contacted our technical support team to resolve any issues. Most problems are related to device configuration or internet speed.
We offer a full refund within 72 hours of your purchase date if:
You have persistent technical issues that our team cannot resolve.
Your subscription has not been used or activated (in case of long-term plans).
There was a technical error on our side that prevented the service from working.
2. When Refunds Are NOT Applicable
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
Internet Connection: If the issue is related to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or slow internet speeds.
Device Incompatibility: If your device does not support our streaming formats (we recommend checking compatibility before buying).
Channel Changes: Since we do not own the channels, we cannot guarantee that every single channel will be available 24/7. Temporary downtime of specific channels is not a ground for a refund.
Customer Misconduct: If your account is banned due to sharing the login or using it on more devices than allowed by your plan.
3. Trial Period

4. How to Request a Refund

Provide your Order Number and the email used for purchase.
State the reason for your refund request.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be sent back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
